MSHFM Board Meeting

November 2, 2005

Dan Yearly called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.

Financial – Treasurer reported $5,119.53

Dan Eyerly shared results of nominations for 2006:
· President Elect – Dan Boeckman
· Board member – Jon Johnson
· Board member – Bob Black

The board appointed Doug Ruble as secretary/treasurer for 2006.

The group discussed the 2006 schedule, agenda and presenters for the MSHFM meetings. Bob Black shared a list he had started of several different topics. The group reviewed and added to the list.

The group also decided to solicit vendors to sponsor the golf tournament. The group will get a draft form from bob Black to use when seeking vendors to sponsor. Tournament is tentatively planned for afternoon of August 3 following meeting at Columbia, MO. Dan Boeckman will check on availability of courses for this date.

Bob Black is going to update the 2006 meeting agendas and finalize the list of potential topics/speakers. He will then send to Mike Bock, MSHFM president.

Mike Bock presented a gift to Dan Eyerly for his commitment and contributions to the MSHFM from MHA and the Chapter.

The group had lunch and continued discussion on plans for 2006.
