MSHFM Board Meeting

The meeting was called to order by the president, Doug Rubles.

Financial – Treasurer reported $4,333.90.

Nominations for 2005:
Mike Bock, president-elect; Karen Reid, Director; and Jon Johnson, Director.

Transfer of presidency to Dan Eyerly. Dan discussed plans for next year. February 24, 2005 meeting will be held at St. Marys Health Center. Doug will get all files to Dan Eyerly for the MSHFM Chapter.

Doug Rubles was presented a plaque of appreciation for his hard work and leadership as president.

Business meeting adjourned at 11 A.M. Snacks and refreshments 4:30-6:30 pm in Suite 376.
