Doug opened meeting at 9:30 a.m.

Discussed the lack of response to request for input on improving meeting attendance. Also received no nomination for officers next year (president-elect or directors).

Discussed changes needed in by-laws to keep the organization -going until membership attendance improves. 

Changes were approved by all present.
