The meeting was called to order by the president, Doug Rubles, at 10 a.m. Doug thanked Dan Eyerly for hosting the meeting today.

Financial – Treasurer reported $4827.23 as of August 31, 2004.

Nominations for 2005 are Mike Bock for president-elect; Jon Johnson and Karen Ried, board of directors.

Discussed Tan-Tar-A convention topics. All members should have received information (Design and Construction for MRI Suites). Junk Architects will be giving away a free study for MRI in a drawing. Still looking for sponsors for our suite time 4-7 p.m.; 7 p.m. awards dinner.

The business meeting adjuorned at 10:15 a.m.

Morning presentation – “Brit Systems” - Joe Vasquenz gave an overview of P.A.C. and Teleradiology, P.A.C. and Teleradiology is only business that Brit Systems is in. Joe Vasquenz can be contacted at 800-230-PACS, his email is joev@brit,com. Brit System uptime guarantee is 99.9% of time; equal to 53 minutes per year potential downtime. 99% uptime equal to four days potential downtime.
