This presentation will address simple ways managers can begin to gage the performance of their infrastructure, reduce costs, establish a plan for obsolescence for equipment replacement. It will provide attendees a simple alterative to collecting data that can be used in comparing consultant’s interpretations of your department’s performance.

Property Management for Healthcare Providers – Tying your business plan / master plan to real estate needs

The session address the triad that makes any building a success, that being Space, Operations, and Users. Attendees will learn how sound building operational processes can increase value, customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. Engineered solutions to inefficient work habits will be reviewed and practical examples of them presented.
